Sorry if I vent but your account registration / password reset is a complete joke! Here is my situation.
I created my account on iPhone and played game. Decided I liked it enough to try it on my iPad. Try to log in and tells me password is incorrect. Not sure how because u have two passwords I use and neither are working. That's besides thr point here.
So I got to request a password reset. In orde to do this I need to provide my user name and email address. On wait I never gave my email address during registration because your game doesn't ask for it. So then I go back to my iPhone and follow your steps to register my email address. Guess what? Yup you guessed it. I needed my password in order to register my email address.
What they hell am I suppose to do now? Who thought out this process?

#3They don't work weekends. Try typo variations, you probably have the password saved on old device, count the characters, try uppercase on first letter. If none of this works support should be able to help during the week.
They should make adding email mandatory so 'smart' people get forced into doing it and don't come complaining here.
