Hey Snipes. Like I've said on previous post. We are good. No problems between us. And no, I will not stop. Shadow to me is a non issue. He dont matter to my game play. I do however love when he reponse. He definitely shows his true self. I stand by what I say about the dicing. Im not going to bend over just to please Shadow because I believe he is wrong. Heck, you threaten your entire clan over frickin dicing...that's crazy to me.
Snipes just remeber, we are good no matter what took resurfaces or our one incident gets brought back up. It's done and over with. Remeber Snipes, its just a game. Have fun and enjoy. I know I will. The two things I am guilty of are:
1) I offered alternative dicing as a request of some people on Lugh and made a voting post.
2) I supported Sarge on that particular Aggy fight when he wanted to try that dicing.
That´s all. I repeat here again that I am not continuously trying to implement that method because I simply do not care anymore. I have no idea why some people have the need to put words to my mouth that I never spoke.

Funny you chose to attack me as a diversion to the more serious issue here. One of your clan elites attacked a woman who chose to return to Ancients. Furthermore, I opened an issue when some Serks (not the core) are running around with open hatred against other clans thinking they are better than others. I asked you only to keep your clan mates in line so they are not attacking others. Do I see your reaction to this here? No. It would not fit with your "well organized clan of brothers in arms." You chose to stick with the populistic "how Toy is ruining the peace on Lugh through his vicious dicing method plan". Worked the last time, why wouldn't it again?
Although we share views in many ways there is a difference between the two of us as chieftains. I do not believe in ruling the clan through power and fear and I do not threaten my clanmates when they do not share my views. We dont need to go far, your clanmate Lukov has a first hand experience with an attemp to think differently than you and now you even openly threaten your clanmates about the dicing. And to my best knowledge some people were in your clan only because they feared that being outside your clan would rule them out from battles and they wont be able to get good drops.
My clanmates are staying with me because they chose to and they are free to leave without any consequences as well as they can do and think anything which does not break the general rules of "not being a villain". Akbar is a good example of how I respect his views even when you are twisting them and using them against me.
And as for me and drops to close this matter once for all (hopefully).

You play the game to be the best and the most powerful. You need the drops badly to achieve this. Those who want the same follow you. I do not say it is bad, it is just different.
I play the game to have fun. To enjoy some free time with my virtual friends. To kill a few baddies when I need to clear my mind from the work in my real life. I will not pretend that I do not like when I get drops. But I am not focused on them as you are. To be honest, I would love to have all the fancy stuff I see around. But I am equally fine without it and I do not envy you having more than I have. Again, those who want the same are in my clan.
In time, many left to Serks because they saw bigger profit there. I was always ok with it and I even encouraged it if it was what they wanted. The only exception was Sabre where i knew she left Ancients and I knew she regretted it. But she was the only one I asked to seriously consider coming back from your clan.
I believe that now is clear that what you suggested is not true. I simply do not need to pretend that I do not care about drops. I just do not care.
And the last thing about me leaving and returning and the period between.
a) I left because I was frustrated yes. But not because I did not get drops. I was focused on drops a way more than I am now yes. But the main reason I left was because some people really ruined the fun with their behavior and I was very sad about it back then.
b) When I returned I did not take over. Sam offered me chieftainship back and I asked on forums because I originally wanted to be just a regular member. But eventually Sam said he had little time back then because of his new born kiddo and he encouraged me to get the chieftainship back because of it. Sam was a good chieftain but he did some unfortunate actions like lowering level limits. And to be honest it took quite some efforts to clean the clan off scammers and stabilize it (we all remember the Lava affair).
c) Yes, there was a peace when I was away. You lived your dream and ruled without anyone oposing you. You are very persuasive, suggestive, and manipulative to achieve your goals and you had no equal while I was away. Sammie just followed you because you could persuade him that what you do is the only right thing to do and the clan followed the chieftain. And with Berserkers and Ancients combined basically under your command the rest was no real thread to you. I am glad that Aftermath and Syndicate are growing stronger because it would weaken both yours and my clan and there will be no space left for one clan to rule by force.
To sum it up, I advice you as a friend to reconsider your strategy because people are not stupid and you are trying so hard to discredit me that it might end up as well in discrediting you.
To support my selflessness in my statements I encourage anyone who does not like what I wrote and feels that Shadow is a better future for you to join Berserkers to help build Shadow his holy army so he could rule Lugh again and wipe out everyone who oposes him without the fear of the consequences.
And to repeat MY words you used before. I would rather have a smaller clan with friends than a big clan full of strangers.

I don't want to reopen dicing discussion, even though I'm one of those who supported the simple dicing method (all dice, all have same chance for drop), and as an economist in my 40's, I don't even believe the classless dicing solution will be the price driver some claim.
But that aside, there has been a vote, and the class system got the majority. I respect that, and I believe all Ancients members respect that (including the chief;-)
Sarge is one of the main players on Lugh, and having him calling the shots of an Aggy fight proves that Lugh is not the tyranny (or maybe not even the oligarchy) some people claim. This is healthy.
But i really hope Sarge will settle with the dicing system that won the vote. The alternative is more bad blood. Just imagine a situation like the Aggy fight in question, and where Sarge calls the shots to bee "simple dicing or leave". What would happen if this lead to a majority of present players leave Sarges group and regroup to kill Aggy? Hostility levels like never before.
So, Sarge, you have proved that you can lead an Aggy fight, and this earned you respect. Now prove to be a wise leader and listen to the majority of the dicing vote, and the respect will be greater.
In time, we may do a new debate and vote on dicing, but that should at least wait until the new update 4 dragon boss has gone down a number of times.

#19Thanks for the response. As I stated previously, I stand by the simple dicing rule ( left your name out Toy hahahah). As for the aggy fight in question, there was new blood in the fight. I dont believe everyone in this fight voted on any dicing system. In this particular fight, does the minority vote win? It wouldn't in a Serker led fight. You are told the rules and if ou dont agree, you are told to leave. I like your comment on the economic side of things. I believe also that with everyone dicing the prices wouldnt be affected so much. My concern is that a few peeps have all the drops. What will that do to prices?
Oh and Toy, I respectfully disagree with your statement of core Berserker players. As stated by Shadow, if they dont agree with him, they are fired. So far the unemployment line is empty. So from that, I can make an educated guess that thy believe the same ways as Shadow. And whats the uproar, 1 aggy fight done differently. Big deal.

#20You have always been one of the greatest mind in Lugh and you proove it once again today.
A great leader first knows to listen carefully to his own clansmates. Toy you were once the most peaceful and respected player in Lugh, and I remember in V2 looking at you with great respect. Now, I must very honestly say that my opinion changed. When I heard you left the game, the version I got from your closest friends was that that you were getting bored and frustrated not getting drops. You left this game frustrated. When you came back, I was genuily very happy about it.
But while pretending not beeing interested in drops your frustration was clearly still there. Instead of letting the leadership of Ancient to Sam, you asked on this forum what ancients were thinking about it, and they all turned out to you remembering how he were a great chieftain before. Since then, I must say you have done anything possible on this forum to bring out large reflexion on drops and dicing becuse you thought there was a problem here, as you do not have any aggy drops. But clearly you have missed the main fact pointed out by Akbar : while you were gone gone, Lugh was peaceful, and we all took down massively any bosses. If you did not left, if you played more, you would also be very well equiped.

Did berserkers excluded any friendfly players ? No. Did we get more drops than other clans ? Yes, even if Ancients got a very fair sums of Aggragoth drops since we always supported and welcome them. Our reward : jealousy and hate. Me getting tagged by lunatic like Sarge as a tyrant.
