Disabled and very mad

Ok. This is going to be long and alot of venting. I was recently disabled. Wasnt sure for what. I emailedy appeal and they said i was disabled for transferring for scammer and that I will be re-enabled as soon as they figure everything out. Wtf. This is dumb. Since when do people become responsible for transferring. And I never transferred for anyone. And I know exactly who they are talking. He is my bestfriend in real life. Someone gained access to his account and changed the password. He contacted support and they gave him a new password. The person who gained access to his account had put items on it. So he used his other iPod to put the new items from his account that support gave back to him to his new account. No transferring involved. Next thing we know. We're both disabled. He's disabled for "scamming". He never scammed. He took the items off his account that support gave back to him. This is complete bs. We never did anything wrong. Especially me. Think of this situation. Your car gets stolen. The thief has the car for quite awhile and has some stuff in it. The police find your car and give it back to you. You go in the car and put all the stuff in your new car. Then you get your car impounded and go to jail for stealing. It does not make sense. I'd like a number to contact OTM and talk one on one. Im tired of waiting for these emails. You guys are wasting my time. I did nothing wrong. Have a good day.

They should not banned you

Because on their policy all trades are finals. So for them scamming doesnt happen because is resposanbility of each player this is joke from OTM to you they have double standards.

They got make up their mind on standard policy not one the is apply by discretion of the employee who gets the support ticket.

If was me i will making hell in here because their policy is " all trades are finals"

I am againts scamming but their policies are clear. Policies should be firm not elastic as they applied them.

The thing is. I never ever did any trade between the two accounts they are talking about. Im sooo mad
Either way they shouldtnt have banned you because is their policy "all trades are finnals" even if you made it shouldt be banned because is not on their policies i mean they base the desicion on players telling on another players.

So there should be no penalty for scamming ?

I havent been pushing for this for penaltys for 16 months but they have created this deathzone for scamming where is not punishable by their policies they have make clear " all trades are finals" this for protection of OTM and to stop ppl asking for trade backs. So they cant be selective how they police their game because this will not be fair to previous scam victims and create this (v2 scenario where few beta players ask ( or make believe) admin for help x issue and was taking faster then old email for support

So ask yourself how they select who to punish my question is who was the scammed victim for them to try to help.

Well... All I have to say is, with all of these Anti-scam measures in place, the 'scamee' should be 100% responsible for all losses... And I agree with Fromen, these 'Policies' are way too flexible, and it's become apparent that some of these rules are only applicable to certain groups... Either way, they shouldn't of banned you.

Whilst we do say that all trades are final, our Trade and Scamming Policy also says that we do not tolerate scamming and any player who is found to be engaged in scamming will be subject to the Celtic Heroes Disciplinary Procedure.

The Support Team do not disable accounts without good reason, and they carefully consider all appeals that are sent to them.
