I think you got to much points in Focus , I would put
some points you got in Focus in Dexterity.But Otherwise I think its a good build.

I got twisted bow of avenger cause I recently got hacked and used to have a qaurtz :/ but now I just need a dd for bow of four winds and no lux items :(lol

Because you got no Lux Gear i think you need the Focus.
But when you get some Lux I would put all Points you got in Focus in Dexterity.

Try put more into vit.

My ranger is lv 115 and has

270 str
120 dext
10 focus
200 vit
(all base stats)

Uses to be more vit but I wasnt getting enough outa dps.

10 focus is recomended unless u have no regen for then id suggest 40 focus max

Okay so you have a junky weapon right now and you fighting white wisps and druids. I would go with the following:

str 50
dex rest
foc 40
vitality 100

This will give you less auto damage but you won't get the max benefit out a str build with that weapon. Max sharp shot as that will give you alot of damage. Bolas, sharp shot, run, bolas, sharp shot and tank what you can.

I would not buy a dragon disk yet. You dint have any lux, so I'm guessing your not a plat buyer. Save the gold and get a diamond bow at level 80. A diamond bow is better then meteor bow . It may be hard till lvl 80 but stick it out and it will be worth it. If you are a plat buyer get a ice quiver and this is a different conversation.

once you get diamond bow go more str, like a even mix of str and dex. If you can get a golden quiver go all str. Also if you can get any kind of lux go for golden quiver and that frees up alot of points
