#12Whilst we do say that all trades are final, our Trade and Scamming Policy also says that we do not tolerate scamming and any player who is found to be engaged in scamming will be subject to the Celtic Heroes Disciplinary Procedure.
The Support Team do not disable accounts without good reason, and they carefully consider all appeals that are sent to them.
But how you choose who is a scammer and who is not is the issue , because every time a player send a support ticket about scamming they never get a reapy and when they do the make clear all trades are finals and to read the support parts of forums.
