I would like to know the email to put forward a apeal
#1could someone please reply me the email so that i could put through a apeal as my mager has either disappeared from my account or be disable i would love if someone could help.

#2If your character has disappeared it may be the character has been deleted. We don't disable specific characters, but rather entire accounts are disabled.
You can use the in-game support tool to contact the Support Team, and if the character has been deleted they will be able to restore it.
