In laments terms:

Community on Forum handles solely Forum Discussions.
Support on Forum handles solely Forum Problems.
Support In-Game handles solely In-Game Problems.

Message the appropriate person for your appropriate ailment. Ex: In other words why send a complaint to the Accounting Department if you have a Manufacturing Problem. Cut the middle man out and message the appropriate person from the get-go. Messaging the incorrect person only wastes time and effort and communication can get lost along the way.
The only change I would make to that is if you have a problem on the forums, send me a message rather than to the Support account. If necessary I will pass on the message to the Support Team, but any general issues you may have with the forums send them my way and I'll do my best to solve them.

Anything that is related to an in-game issue however should be sent through the support tool, and not the forums.

How about you start warning people that have inappropriate signature such as gif sigs example follows

Animations of a person throwing and punching snakes in a room.
A person jumping on a bean bag that has a cat on it which is then flung across the room?

Huh? :|
how are these inappropriate? these are hilarious! cats always land on their feet, and the snakes would've killed him, snake or human? human!

I take it when people want to message you directly it is basically connected to an email account and you just want to ensure that the proper communication is communicated to the appropriate account? Maybe we should post some sticky (if one hasn't been made already) that details who to contact?

Contact Support In-Game IF:
1. You believe someone to be a scammer.
2. You believe someone to be selling accounts.
3. Etc.

Contact Community on Forum IF:
1. You see multiple topics on the same material.
2. Etc.

Maybe people just need protocol to be explained in more detail.

It's animal abuse....he isn't hurt? He still doesn't like it. Glad it's gone now though.

What about In-Game support now? What are they currently doing to yer knowledge that is having them not answer the In-Game messages. Update right? Now that Beta is out, will they have more time?

This is just to prevent people from having very large signatures, as if they are too large most topics are taken up by signatures rather than discussions.
Understandable, I also noticed fonts cant go above 100 now aswell

The Support Team process every single request that they receive via the in-game tool. However, they may not respond to every single request. For example, if you report another player for selling an account the Support Team will investigate that player but they may not send a message directly to you.

The Support Team do strive to respond to as many requests as possible. However they receive so many every single day that in order to process them quickly and efficiently sometimes they are unable to respond directly. Please be assured though that if you do send a message in it is read and dealt with.

You do not need to send in multiple tickets, doing so may actually slow down the process of having your request processed.

One ticket, with all the required information, is all that is needed for your issue to be dealt with by the Support Team.
