Biggest problem I have is that OTM does not enforce their own policies. I know of someone who bought an account and the acct was disabled for two weeks. What!? A two week ban? You gotta be kidding me.... Who cares about a two week ban? Is that really going to stop people from buying/selling/trading accts? It will just change to, "hey, wanna buy my acct? its against TOS but the acct will be ready to play in two weeks". Traded/bought/ sold accounts should be PERMANENTLY banned. That's just ridiculous, talk about a slap on the wrist...

I think it is time when fan sites and player ran forums spring into action, these forums are becoming too "ruley" to the point of not being able to keep our clan members and servers safe.

I agree with that. Me and volde are going to be discussing these feelings with community. In the meantime I'm afraid we have to adhere to the rule

The rule that bothers me the most is this one:

"Do not name and shame other forum users. This includes accusing other users of acts such as scamming, account trading, kill stealing, or other dishonourable behaviour."

I never heard of a case in which Celtic Heroes Support helped someone who got scammed and punished the scammer.
On the other hand naming and shaming the scammers did help the person who got scammed to get his items back and did get the scammer banned from all clans.

writing a ticket to support has never done any good to someone who got scammed.
We all know support does nothing about this issue, therefore please review this rule or take action against scammers.
