I went to log in just now and it said I had invalid password so I retyped pass carefully! Still nothing so i tried othe account same thing! So now I'm worried, (btw noone knows my info) So I press the reset password, it says wrong email or username I try again rehecking every single letter nothing for both accounts

While Im waiting for a response I cant help but notice my terrible grammar and speelling sorry...

Ok thanks everyone so much, I've jut sent the e-mail to support

I first e-mailed support on the 14 of february during the morning (Mounitain standard time) then they replied asking for lots of information to verify the accounts I lost are actually mine, then during the night I replied to them with all the required information. I was just wondering if I could get a progress report on my issue as it's been 3 work days (I beleive maybe more or less for Otm as it's differnt time zone) and I'm really bored and frustrated without my accounts, even starting a noob mage hasn't helped

When I had to deal with support about an old account whose log-in info I couldn't remember, it took about 11 business days to sort out. That was from first email, to finally getting a new password. There was some back and forth in the interim.

You might get lucky and have it dealt with more quickly, but I would be prepared to be without the account for some time yet.

Ok thanks Dersu. Whenever I've needed refunds or something support has always been quick (1 day usualy)thats why I though it was weird.
