Okay, rather than getting even and escalating this problem, why don't we directly deal with it. This player who is protected by the forum rules should be spoken to, reminded of the rules, etc.

Breaking the rules would be considered an offence to eve, would it not? Then further actions may take place, accordingly.

This way, we can't complain of his immunity and nobody needs to worry about trouble. Why doesn't this happen? Someone please explain.

Please guys don't go to war i know you are having problems with one player but is it really worth going to war over cant u maybe just form a system of calling on your clan to support u if u have problems in the arena? Or do what I do when I killing something and someone piles in i will try first to group them or just back off and sometimes assist them as I cant be doing with upsetting myself : (. I love you guys and don't want to see any wars as it will start involving everyone, what would happen if i helped this guy would that mean i would be black listed by my friends : (( . The ES membership is at a loss on what to do.

The cooperation between rival clans has come to an crossroad...

For over a year ES and Eve have found ways to create a world where some simple rules help make the game a friendlier place. Several friendships have formed between players and mutual respect has be give. I personally have come to admire several players in RaptureEve and count them as friends.

But when one member of your clan continues to provoke not just one member of EternalSin, but several DOZENS, then those relationships and earned respect over the years comes into question.

A month ago, EternalSin leadership was notified of a player within our clan that was killing RaptureEve players while doing the Gladiator quest. Within 24 hours that player was removed from ES membership. The issue was quickly handed. The player was warned by ES leadership and this player ignored our warning.

I personally was whispered by three members of RaptureEve who reported this offense. We took your members word seriously and responded.

What is part of the current issue is our current pain, abuse, and suffering seems to be ignored by these same members who came to us reporting the same offense a little over a month ago.

For some of us, at times, we take this game too seriously. We get emotionally wrapped up in our characters development. When a bully threatens us, we respond with the same emotions as if it was in real life. A code of ethics has been formed in our world and now several of our members are frustrated and hurt because rules seem to mean nothing anymore.

I want more than ever pease to return to Rhiannon. We have expressed our suffering being delivered by one individual. We have responded as civil as we possibly can, holding back a considerable amount of frustration. I spent a considerable amount of time making sure our Declaration of War was NOT directed to any member of RaptureEve outside this ONE individual.

We also want to made sure that you understand this can all end today if this one individual delivers a simple apology and stops robbing our members of enjoyment within this game.

I struggle to find why RaptureEve cannot extend the same concern we showed when your members approached us with an issue almost exactly the same, just a month ago. We didn't demand proof. We took your word of your membership seriously.

Ok. This really is gonna be my last post on this issue. The person in question lets you do the quest. He may kill you in the arena while waiting on gladi but you still get to complete the quest. The arena is a battleground free for all place. Feel free to attack him back. This declaration is a farce since the arena was intended to be a warzone. Otm designed it that way. Its a mmo and inherintly competitive. We all follow ffa rules and things stay relatively peaceful. I as a general am not gonna make him apologize for killin anyone in the arena especially when you still get to complete your quest. That is completely assinine!! Kill him back. Call your clannies and we can call ours and have a free for all like last night and break up the monotany of waiting for update. If you all attempt to stop eve from completing quest we will do the same. He who must not be named let everyone finish quest. I dont understand why you all are complaining about getting killed in the arena? It would be different if je was keeping you from completing the quest but until yesterday you all were completing it. The arena isnt a utopian society. It is there so people can fight EACH OTHER. If you dont want to fight then just check gladi and leave. Thats what i have always done. Hell. "Valdamort" even killed me before when i popped in to check. Big friggan deal. I didnt cry or lose sleep over it because ITS A GAME!! If you arent having fun then dont play. If getting killed in the arena upsets you then dont go to the arena. I bet i got killed 100 times in the arena yesterday. Big deal. I had fun and felt comradery with my fellow clannies. Your members that were present had fun as well. And you know what? I didnt feel bullied or abused because once again, ITS A GAME!! I know there are unicorns and fairies in this game but it still is utopia. If you really want to cry to someone cry to otm for putting the gladi in the arena. Go do gladi on other servers. Its ffa and no holds barred and you all are crying when you are still getting to complete the quest. Really sin?! This makes you all look sad and pathetic and i know you have several good and proud clan members. Quit dishonoring them by being crybabies on the forums.

30 minutes ago i had Ragnor at 75% soloing. This unnamed player came up to me and killed me. Then he killed Ragnor not needing quest... I never said a word to provoke this action. So 30 minutes of my game time was wasted.... Again

Everyone keeps try to make the unnamed player a nice guy. He is not. he is every definition of the word bully.

The only reason *Master* got Crammok yesterday was because 1. I was there to cover and 2. ragnor spawned.

*Name Removed* has killed many of our members and then taken the Glad. Again, not exactly sure where 'he lets you get them' is coming from because he doesn't.

Well you did declare war on him did you not? I am sure he is gonna attack you all relentlessly now in arena. Again perl you are whining when YOU declared war on him. Yesterday rap was because we all went off. Several sin and eve were denied gladi yesterday. All eve members have been instructed to call for help if they are being denied the gladi which i expect you all did as well. Like i have said repeatedly. Dont start nothin wont be nothin. As for "the player" he will probably defend himself in the arena and will probably attack any sin on site for sure now since sin called war on him. Do as you see fit and we will do the same.

I had to idol 4 or 5 times trying to get my kill, but at the last second, you killed me, then drug Rag out of range so I wouldnt get kill. Very dirty play on your part...not even an FFA really, straight up KS. That move is what started this "war".

I did kill you before ragnor spawned...you were sitting in front of me casting poison weapon and fast reflex over and over as if you knew you were going to KS the whole time, which im positive you did. Master healer, one of your 4 shared druids (sindruid4), and Xer were all there to watch it happen. X came, and you killed him as well...multiple times. You are no saint.

After you KSed me, I did kill master healer. Before gladi spawned, I did kill you a couple times...so what??? I was there before you, I should have been able to get my kill regardless of any pvp that happened according to your "unwritten rule"....Which I have been following. Your members are mad at me for killing them in arena - because they are mad, im guessing, they want to take it a step further and say that I did not let them get ragnor. I never KS or prevent people from getting their ragnor kills, unlike you did yesterday.

I really dont care about your war, im not going to apologize for anything, as what tooth said earlier is true - I am not breaking server rules and im not breaking TOS (like *removed username* does with his jailbroken device running through arena walls, always killing my druid without being seen). Tough ****.

Guess what sin, your "war" failed. I got my Ragnor kill this morning easily. I did take it from perl after reading this ridiculous post. I will continue to do so as long as you keep this "war" going. BRING IT

BTW, im already 151...getting ragnor is just a tiny bonus, if I dont get it, oh well lol. Mostly I'll miss training H2H on the gladiators - nbd.
