Just curious as to why support cant return or at least refund a player on the items that were lost due to being scammed.

Support can't track where the scammed items are. This means that they can't take an item off one player and give it to another. Dropped items are definitely taken out of circulation, so these can be restored.

Wait i could have sworn that ive seen admin or community tell some they couldnt have a refund because the item was traded to player xxxxx. This would mean they can track items, i believe they cant return items because players who regretted a trade would falsely report a scam to get the items back and would have many tickets asking for this.

That may also be the reason. It may not be impossible to track, but may be difficult because of the complexity of trading and the issues that can arise from this.

OTM can track everything if they wanted.

Its a shared network, everything is tracked, ip addresses of logon on ,,, trades ... All scripts, everything you type, when a lix expires, where stolen items go. And if they tell you otherwise, they too are bs'ing you.

All can be tracked, if they wanted ... They just dont want to, too much support would be needed to stop all the stealing, scamming and more.

This is real life in the virtual. People lie cheat and steal all the time. As here it is so easy to do just that. So many way to deceive, lie and alts and all ... Anyway ...

And for us to expect OTM to be the 'police' of our bad choices, not fair either, imho.

Follow the same rules they post everywhere. Dont give out logon info and ... All trades are final.

Pretty simple rules, i think.
