Celtic Heroes

As some of you know, *Username Removed* scammed me out of items: Heroic Boots of Speed, a heroic Gloves of Haste, Silver Ammulet of Rejuvenation, Lesser Midsummer Breacelet, Lesser Midsummer Yew Bracelet. I HAVE indeed asked for either a refund with the plat I purchased with my own REAL money that I put into it, or that I may have these items back into my inventory. I do not wish for the midsummer bracelets, but Id much appreciate it if I had my luxury items back as I have purchased them with REAL money. You all know if this was an employee of OTM, they would have stripped and reset that player back to level 1, or ban them from the game. This is unfair and I only wish for the first three items back. I want nothing more, nor less. Just the three items, Heroic Boots of Speed, Heroic Gloves of Haste, and Silver Amulet of Rejuvenation.

As always, it is sad to see someone scammed.

But you need to know the policy of the company, before you spend your real-life money on their game. They don't refund items, your trades like all trades, are final. This is just the basic truth of this game, and has been for almost 9 months since they changed the policy to reflect it.

Again, sorry for your loss, for the situation, for the entire predicament. It is horrible. But you can't blame a company for its policies, because you spent plat. They were there before you spent the plat, its on you to know that and be much more careful with your items.
