I want to know the best armor that is good all-round. And don't say Diamond, because that isn't the question. Frozen Cosmic, or Spiritshadow. I'm support druid, by the way.

Spirit for full focus and heals. Frozen if you need defense. I used to use spiritshadow all the time till i started leveling in aggy cave and needed the defensive properties of frozen. Was getting one or two shotted by mobs when in spirit. Also use frozen when soloin red phs and ow minions. Actually only time i put full spirit on is at aggy where i know i have two tanks to hold all adds. Honestly though i only lost 20-30 points in my heal by losing spirit for frozen which seems negligible to me.

i strongly suggest frozen over spiritshadow, as max said you die in one hit with spiritshadow, maybe the gloves and boots from spirit, but the chest and legs frozen for sure (i myself use diamond legs and chest, as i want the focus bonus). even as support, meaning not fighting alone, youd need to withstand some hits every now and then, due to the common mistakes that always seem to happen, even with the best druids and tanks. now spiritshadow is a good choise if you are for example, as max said, at an agg kill, as you wont have adds or area attacks to worry about.

okay im say diamond because frozen isnt good for druids because u need focus. spirit shadow gloves boots, diamond cheasst and leggs and crown

Yeh, I had all them. I sold my diamond gear tho, and cba to save up for them again, so gonna prob get Frozen.

If you have the backpack space then get both and switch them out depending on the situation. That's what I do. I have full frozen and full spirit in my bag and use them depending on the situation at hand. I also have caster lux and dps lux depending on whats needed.
Caster- full frozen/spirit with golden crown, masters grimorie and aggy book
Dps- full frozen with golden ice blade, golden ice helm, and heroic gloves with no mainhand.

untrue a solid skill dps build also works just fine. i got all dps skills and natures touch maxed, rest on calm. i can heal good and still be usefull dps as well.

I use both, but I primarily stay in spirit. I sometimes throw on my frozen if I'm out on the lava and could use some extra heat resist.
