Daily mob + obelisk + running around killing eyes , I like to lix on obelisk. Since spear is so slow ,use trident always .

Also if lucky you have a tank buddy who will stand in arena while you beat on him with spear .

No, obelisk of power. Spawns near aggragoth and has a tonne of health.

I would take off all my damage gear and use haste/wisdom elixirs on ragnor using either a Connacht Longspear/Landguard (fastest non-aggy spear, very low damage) or your trident (which is a bit faster) and then log when it's nearly dead. If someone needs ragnor, just explain that you are training and move onto other gladiators when ragnor is dead.
