the crafted shortbow has speed 2000, which is a fair bit faster than shoreline bow at 23xx.

Crafted shorline I believe is the right answer frozen is 2900 and need 125 to have I dot think crafted shortbow Is 2000 I think it's 21xx but it's close

Yes but with the slow attack speed and not being able to equip a quiver makes the frozen bow a much better weapon dmg wise.
