1. Tell them not to do it
2. Do not swear in their presence.

Then they realise that they're in the wrong and that it's not acceptable. Just how life works.

Because that made so much sense.

On an mmo I used to play, they had filtered chat, so you would be seeing people sayin foe ok you! And because I guess you could tell someone your age, numbers were banned. 3 became tree, 20 become twin ty, 11 became elven... You couldn't even say "I like grapes"

Haha but everyone found ways around the filter... You just can't have a kid friendly mmo....

When I write an alt, it puts em together making it sound like i want anal. NO.

They really need to fix the really old filters, that wouldnt let certain words get grouped together.

There are words other than alternation/alternate that get caught behind "an" which censors the two and if your filter is off, the break between the two words could be placed in a couple spots. That makes it harder to read.

Trust me the filter needs to he better if bad words were loud in the game this game would go down quick with drama, wars, ect.... I've seen it happen to many games

You used to be able to cheat the always-on filter like so:
(in shout) I want to buy an ^ralt book it would be red still, or you could change it as so
(still shout) I want to buy an ^b alt book (would turn blue, uncensored)
