But if they didn't, players would quit anyways. What if the issue was recovering a disabled account and otm ignores it? That would make a player quit because otm doesn't care. That's when people would start bashing otm because otm doesn't care about their players. That's what would happen if the devs/mods/community ignore all these issues.

I know this too well, you see one of my "new" clan mates decided to tell me he could get 58 exilars and a few other things in trade for his level 100 ranger, he then asked me if I could be the middle man for the transaction.

He gave over his log in details, made a new character logged back in and the other player just disappeared, two minutes later he was on shouts saying he got hacked.
I confronted him later about it and he straight lied about selling his account.

So yes, I hate the he'll out of you guys and hope you never get a single account back ever again. Scammers.

Original owners can get their accounts back just go truth their appeals . System takes forever but I love how selected they are ........

Trading accounts is against the rules. This may end up getting your account banned. OTM is not actively looking for traded accounts but when they find out it will end up in a ban.
You may try to contact the support team by using the ingame support ticket but you probably don't have any chance on getting anything back.
