or that you gave the original his acct back, and it got scammed?
Or did your bro have a similar name, and get scammed?
If he is yyour brother, why did he need to create a new account to tell you about his account?
(I think the new mods are busy in the new forums - Or maybe they just blocked him)

Also, if anyone could report posts, that would be great: both Pigman and I are also Beta testing so we have less time to moderate the forums at the moment.
