If you notice above I was on about mages dps being op not Druids. Why arnt Druids? Cause there dps is decent but not amazing(to much I believe) and they suffer with energy issues. A Mage can do both heal his energy issues and smash out more damage then a rogue... Something is wrong.

I know this post is about Druids but you seem to constantly return to Mages. Mages OP this and Mages OP that. Mages are NOT the best at pvp. The energy shield spell is not that awesome. Most Warriors can take mine down in about 3-4 hits. A Rogue usually takes it out in 2-3 secs. And yes, that is at 40/35.

The only reason I, or any other mage, would get the kill would be due to going full focus(Or having a large amount around 1.2k ish). That is NOT a sustainable build and the minute I get hp above 1k, I start loosing the dps battle to many rogues and dps rangers.

The point about Mages healing their own energy is somewhat correct. Energy boost makes us lucky and I believe that Druids should also have such an energy regain spell. Other classes should probably have spells reworked to use less energy so that lux gear can take care of it. Energy boost is lucky and extremely necessary for a Mage to survive without many sigil but it does not make a Mage OP.

Now, if Mages were to be top dps, what would be so wrong? In my opinion, Mages should dominate spell dps and Rogues should dominate melee dps. Other than that difference, both classes should have dps that is on par and basically equal. Sorry for the large deviation in the intended topic but I just felt people are getting the wrong idea about some of these things. And no, I'm not saying Rogues are OP compared to Mages. Like all classes, the spells have to be thought out more and changed to better suit the purpose of that class. Sorry again for the large "rant" type of post.

Well I was on 3.2k attack and 1.3k+ damage against a Mage who had great gear but no where near maxed out could still have another 6 firebolt ice shards and 10 incin. He got kill... He was not using any radient or hand to hand build.

Brookie I hate to tell you this , but you and your gear is not the litmus test for best damaging classes, you need to stop whining alreadyit got old like a month ago , suckitup and do better .

I still think your dps should be ashamed they let a Druid kill Aggy .

I would much rather just add a radient attck ring as this is an extra250 skill points in str

I'd like my apology please. You can shout brookie is right if you want also I don't mind . But seriously I I wante to I would rather take one if my 45 damage rings off and use a radient attack ring. So dex is not underestimated at all by me. But proven that str is better is right there.
