I'm lucky though I have (2) vagrants dex bracelets with +5 light heal on them .

I always thought , and I may be wrong , that rapid was 50/50 on/off regardless of level , the only difference being the casting of the skill , i tried timing it at many levels as well , it's very tough to be 100% accurate looking at a clock and the screen at same time .

Rapid doesn't start off with 50/50, but by the looks of it, the increase per extra skillpoint is 50/50. The energy cost at higher lvls is insane, so there seem to be little reason to invest more than 5-15 skillpoints in rapid shot. Someone mentioned you need at least lvl 5 rapid to counter eyes movement slowing net.

At 1/35 rapid is 50/50 on/off the only difference is how long it takes to cast the spell .

like everything else about a ranger. there is so much that depends on how you like to play. i used to have rapid at 35(40). I had a lot of energy and i was very happy. My rapid went a long time and that is a lot of damage in 30 seconds. I have since adjusted the way i play and i am using 20(25) now for rapid. the shorter time takes a lot getting used to - but i am enjoying a high sharp shot so...

I've noticed for steady aim, the dmg buff varies with different weapons. At lvl 35 steady aim with frozen bow i get a 68 dmg buff. With a ymirs bow i get a 164 dmg buff. Idk where i was going was this just thought it was interesting

Base damage + dex determines damage/attack what steady adds
