Pigtails should be banned from CH I have sent in multiple support tickets saying that she has shared her account.
Once again on public forums pigtails original username and password were....

User: Rogerdhat
Password: Sexy65 or Sexy45

I can't remeber tr exact password for certain but I know for a fact she told me info in a whisper as she was quitting the game at the time and for some reason wanted me to have her account (probably to scam me)
So send in more tickets on her via the support tool in game stating she is a scammer and account sharer and hopefully OTM will finally take out the trash.
