Should I even bother upgrading camouflage?

Personally I prefer conceal because it is not removed in combat, and I can use it to move groups around ow without aggro and deaths, yes the cooldown is annoying but for me the pros outweigh the cons. I've never upgraded camo just because conceal works so well.

So conceal is a spell you get with the pages quest?

No conceal is an otherworld boss tome drop, cant get pages for it (thats for entangle and def spikes). Should be able to get it for 5k or under i would think.

Oh so if I but it on my main and trade it to my ranger is there a level req to equip it?

Nah, just use the tome and you learn the skill like all the other ones
