I was wondering which is better, a golden dagger of venom, or a golden trident? Because here are the stats
Golden Venom:
20 pierce
30 poison
100 att
75 health and energy
15 health and energy per tick
Golden trident:
100 element damage
100 defense
100 health and energy
45 strength and dexterity
15 health and energy per tick
Now is 20 pierce and 30 poison the same as 100 element damage? If not then the trident also adds strength, which adds to your total damage, so which is actually better?

Yesterday, I nerded out and found that the golden venom will never do as much dps as a golden blade no matter how much strength you have and no matter what level you are. However, the trident's dps is even lower. So in order of increasing dps, we have:

Trident, Dagger, and Blade

I would personally go for the trident as it gives you more bang for your buck, making soloing easier. The trident is the better overall offhand. If your going for a bit of dps, the blade is a lot better than the dagger even with the dagger's rejuv.
