How much r an idol/1k pot/super knows/super combos?

Many good people. An equal amount of not-so-good people.
Online rankings should give you a rough idea of top clans. Though it isn't exactly accurate, you can have a little root around for amount of players, levels of those players etc.
Idols are 200-300 per, same with pots, super knows 4-5k, super combo's 8-10k.

Bloodlust 300-400k. The norm for lix is currently 4k ish, so you shuld be able to sell for 4.5 each but may take a little bit of time.

how r u guys on crests/orbs? u guys good on yellow/purples/blue?

The top 3 clans control the orbs/crests so I'm not sure you'd get a good count with just 1 clan saying as 1 may have an overstock to the extreme of 1 crest while the other has none. It's best to say that there is enough entirely for the people, but depending on which clan you are in you may or may not have a good stock up on the item. But orbs should be fine for everybody.

The top clans in terms of Frozen are EternalSin, RaptureEve and Outliers.

In EternalSin we're actually a bit low on Orbs at the moment, but have hundreds of Crests sat in bank.

(Upgrades are rarely sold on Rhiannon).

ok thx prob come here mabon getting too drama and i see it on forums in this world too but ill give it a try at expansion 4 or before
