Celtic Heroes

Hello, I have recently dropped 2 items, one on my druid and one on my warrior. About a week ago, I sent a request to get the items returned, I sent the request for the item I dropped on the right charecter. Now I waited 3-4 days, and no items returned on either account. So I decide to send another request, and still has not been returned, and it has been 3-4 days again. I am wondering if my requests were skipped over. I know people say just give it time, but a friend of mine got a written reply within the day that he sent the request.

Time zones can be tricky, otm are also uk based so yet have been off work Friday-Monday this weekend as far as i know, so they will be very backlogged with tickets.

Well, I have waited 2 weeks and now I am not happy. I will ask on here then. On my charecter PuppetMaster (Gwydion), I want my fabled bandage wounds ring back, and I would like my Royal Mountain Shield Refunded. On PupsDruid (Gwydion), I would like my Master Twisted Staff back.
