Celtic Heroes

Hi still waiting on answer from support to see if they can restore lost/deleted character I filled out form on another account and character because I couldn't log into my own account used child's but I've been told by a friend on game that if there character is in the first character space where mine was my character would be lost all together is this true? Please answer and do these questions get seen by support to help with restoring toons thanks
