it could be lethul in terms of the skill can be used at any time of the mobs hp... maybe it could even out dps rogue??? for sure?
depends on the energy thoe.. i have only played mage up to level 80 so maybe my info is invalid but id like to hear what the max ice shards can do...

#16Could be only issue is you need the magic lure so Because of that its a bit behind. If not still a nice 50-75% of full damage.I actually think it could be Druid.. A 50/50 Storm Touch would be lethal.

#18With a nice magic lure it would 100% outshine any other skill for general gameplay, but even without it, I've seen storm touch hit over 1.5k at like level 130ish.Could be only issue is you need the magic lure so Because of that its a bit behind. #19on my mage, when i was level 50, i had 12 skill points in ice shards and I could 1 shot kill lvl 52 contacht ribbonswords with no lure. Ice shards are really powerful, but i dont know if thunder clasp is more.
