It's been stated the Most Powerful Clan Power Ratings are generated based on the active members per clan. With this in mind, I took the top 40 clans listed by power ratings and found their power ratings to active members ratio to get a clearer picture of clan power ratios between clans and worlds.

Some of the other threads were only comparing the ratios of the clans listed in the top 10 of power ratings, that doesn't mean they're the best clans in terms of comparing power ratios. Also they were going by total member count which isn't what makes up the power ratings, active member count seems to. I expanded it to the top 40 listed in power ratings to get a better idea. Even this list doesn't reflect the exact top 40 clan power ratios, it's the power ratings to active members ratios of the clans listed in the top 40 of Most Powerful/power ratings.

If OTM were to include a power ratio under power ratings or under it's own category we'd get a clear top 40 power ratio list. And indeed if the Most Powerful/power ratings are determined by active members as it does seem to be, I'm not sure why they include the amount of total members of a clan next to the power ratings. To me it gives off the impression that it is determined by total members instead of active member count.

I'm not saying these are the top 40 best clans in CH, these are simply the rankings of the power ratios (power rating / active member) from the pool of the top 40 clans listed under Most Powerful/power rating. To me best or top clan is subjective, just as I feel best class or best player is. If you feel you have the best or top clan because you enjoy playing with your clan and feel the camaraderie between your clan mates is best, then your clan is the best where it really matters, to you and your mates.
Edited: Updated active member count to data from "Largest" rankings not "Most Active". For some reason the counts under most active are off by a lot, I wasn't aware of that until Rikitt pointed it out. I compared two different clan power ratings and then went to their individual player level rankings, added up the players and levels and it compares with the power rating and active count shown under largest ranking.

So.. Let's say someone makes a new clan with 4 active friends who are lvl 150... Would that clan be almost at the top of that list? Maybe I'm just tired and didn't do the right calculations idk...

It's not a list of the best clans in CH but top 40 highest power ratios of clans in CH; he even states it's not a list of who the best clan is:

Rikitt you were right, the first set of numbers for Active Members I pulled were from the "Most Active" category, I had assumed they were correct when I compiled the list. Until you pointed out the "Largest" category having a different set of Member Active numbers I didn't realize those discrepancies. I since went back and used the active member counts from the largest category and compared two clans and they seem right to me now, I updated the list to reflect that.

If someone made a clan of four people level 150 their power rating for the clan would be 600, being they have four active members their power ratio would be 150.00. They wouldn't be on THIS list though. The clans on the list were pulled from the top 40 Most Powerful/Power Ratings list. By comparing their power ratio you get another frame of reference when comparing the "Most Powerful Clans" by seeing the average player level of their active members. Since the active members are what make up a clan's power rating I thought it be good to have another aspect to compare when looking at the list of "Most Powerful Clans".

A lot of people had been using this ratio only pulling from the top 10 of the list and I felt it didn't give an accurate reflection of all worlds so I expanded it to the top 40. They also used total clan member counts compared with power ratings, which isn't used to calculate power ratings, but active members are.

This list doesn't mean one clan is more "Powerful" than another anymore than using their clan's Power Rating level rating to compare rankings. But since people are comparing using the power rating level rankings to make comparisons, what's wrong with having more to compare with?

A one-man clan with level 150 will have a power ratio of 150. I think we can say that only clans with 20+ members should be included in this chart so it doesn't skew the table. Just like in baseball, statistics (for hitters) of those with not enough at-bats are excluded in the batting average records, because someone with 1 hit and 1 at-bat will be batting 1.000 and would win the batting title.

Will also add that we're never going to get exact information from the Online Rankings (for example we have 7 level 1 banks in our clan), but this is certainly a step in the right direction .
