Support have just made my year turn around, last year i had lost my account because of a hacker, and just recently i thought of asking support if i could request for a new password for that account. I had been getting message after message from support about it, asking for proof that it is my real account. AND!! They messaged me telling me the new password, i dont think i have been any happier:) i got my ninjamaster back and im so happy.
That just proves that support can and will help, i love support
