Bolas 25/25
Light Heal 25/25
Barbed Shot 28/25

Forgot to say, im a Vit And Str Build and another question is how many points should i put in each level?

Get that dexterity up to 100. Its a rule as a ranger- and it does help your dps contrary to popular belief. If you don't want to use actual stat points a quiver of ice adds 75 dex.

2 Points in vit each level. I would say 3 in strength until you have 300-400 strength, then switch all of that to dex.
Belenus
Napstrike- 88+ DPS Rogue- Ninja Pirates
Napol- Ranger

Morrigan
Napol- 130+ Hybrid Ranger
Napol2- 83 DPS Rogue

Id put more dex, like napol said at least 100, but I would recommend more. Im an all dex ranger really, and with maxed sharpshot and light heal with the dex is really good. I can sometimes hit 600 with my sharpshot and not that much less then strength rangers on regular hits. And you have good skills, but I personally think barbed shot is a waste.
