Well back to the same comment on communicating, maybe if we see a nice war story from otm where they actually kicked a scammer and blocked an ip address, wouldn't that make u feel better?

Theres a difference between shaming someone by calling them names and exposing a criminal to bring awareness to others. Im really not a fan of OTM protecting criminals instead of protecting the good and honest players. In fact, it downright makes me sick!! *Vomit*

Shamming is like getting people down and being negative to another players opinion and posts

I technically wouldnt call "shaming" making a statement of someone who is acctually a threat to others.
Say someone murders people but know one can tell anyone else that they are killing people; rules like this are unjust and this example may be a bit extreme to compare it to but yet it relates
