Tavern quest i believe, need to make a book and pages come from ow eyes. I would not waste my time, vines does more damage per second.

Storms touch is the red book quest. Can get the quest from someone in the castle. Pages can be farmed from stonevale druids, unicorns, and some wisps. Three star or higher mobs have better chance of dropping. Red cover and bindings are best farmed from artisal, Guzzletusk, and fairy queen.

As far as the answer to the original question i believe the level requirement for the red book quest is 45 and the blue book quest is 55.

I believe what zonga meant was, if you buy the tome from someone who has completed the quest, but who has not used the tome... which is true because the actual tome is not level specific. However, I have no clue why someone would level a druid to get the skill to sell... that just seems like a waste of time and a bad idea.

I see what you're saying. Couldn't remember if when you turned in the quest they just made the skill available to you or if he actually gave you a tome that you had to use in inventory to unlock the skill.

The quest does have a lvl requirement now. it might be 40 or 50, don't remember for certain.
