The warrior journey . Will the warrior survive expasion 4

#1
Fellow warriors as expansion 4 is more close I ask you do you see your warrior as main surviving this expansion.

Thinking you stop leveling after lvl 150+ , do you see yourself investing time and elixirs on reaching the new level soft cap , when the warrior is loosing all of his initial magic and each lvl you reach you see yourself behind all other classes on the dps department and only been a meat shield.

As multi device , multi class users I see the warrior loosing all the appealing to keep going in the highlands journey , I see more necessity and fulfillment on playing other classes the give you more rewards , enjoyment and freedom then a slow tie to other classes warrior .

I ask you fellow warrior do you see yourself adding 35+ lvls to your warrior just to be a bigger tank nothing else nothing more.

Well, as a player with a warrior main, the class seems to be getting more dull as updates come and events pass. Not only is the progression decreasing, but the rogues are now hitting just as high as warriors (with faster attack speeds) and shields are not something you can equip to kill mobs.

However, if you look at warriors from another class's perspective, warriors have a load of armor with has its own pros. Needless to say that we warriors need that armor to maintain our solo ability due to our low dps. If you played as a mage, you'd say something along the lines of, "at least you can auto", a druid would say, "at least you can solo efficiently", a rogue would say, "wellll... Your armor is kinda nice to have", and a ranger would say, "if I don't bolas, I quick heal; what do you do?".

So when you get used to having a decent class, you have to look at it as if you were another class, thinking how great it would be to have a character of your class.

Comparing each class to a warrior:

Rogues: less armor, more dps
Rangers: less armor, more tactical skills
Mages: way less armor and requires more attention, more dps with some useful skills
Druids: way less armor, has the skills to make up for it

Warriors are fine.

Warrior will be amazing his update. I hated warrior because of the lack of variety, but now u will be forced to choose what skills to use. It is much less inclined towards tank role but at the same time the tank role is much improved. Honestly fro, if u complain after seeing the new content and changes then u need to change ur class. I chose warrior to tank not to dps. Dps path is there to help us lvl, and do some dmg while someone else is tanking. If ur worried about tanks not being needed, then ur wrong again. New bosses are immensely powerful and only a warrior can handle its dmg. Now be patient and wait for the release. Wer almost done.

My whole concern about warriors is the fact u only need 1-2 tanks so what do the other warriors do? Sure u can go dps but how effect will u be compared to a mage/rogue/ranger all ur dps warrior is doin is takin up dps space for a better person, looking at it this way kind of makes u feel lame and actually slowing ur team down. Sure update can help but unless this gap changes and u can feel some what helpful being out side of the tanking role then warriors will slowly die but will always be there.
