I send a appeal to enable my account 3 and a half weeks ago and guess what? I'm still waiting. Are you doing anything about my disabled account otm?!? Like this wait time is starting to get annoying and I know, some people had their accounts enabled like 2 weeks or even 1 week. I know what community will say: "Support gets so many support tickets in a day but rest assured that your request will be dealt with as soon as possible." Otm has got to do something about this wait time or I'm quitting the game. I understand if otm cannot change the wait time but I can take it anymore! I swear if it takes 4 months, I will explode and throw my iPod out the window.

Ive had my Bandit forum account disabled for about 10-12 months. just saying.

^Your talking about a forum account aren't you? I'm talking about a in game account.

You have to do some pretty bad stuff to get your in-game account banned... I would suggest you just let them enable you when they get to it, they could just not let you play again.

Sending in an appeal does not guarantee that an account will be enabled.

The procedure allows players to appeal the disabling of an account; however, if we judge the original breaches of in-game policy were severe enough the account will not be restored.

But I should get a e-mail that my account has been enabled or has not been enabled. I check my email lots of times for 3 and a half weeks and no e-mail from you guys.

So no e-mail is going to get sent?

Honestly, I'm about ready to leave CH for good :/.
