Hello, yes i tried everything to get my platinum, yes I put in a support ticket, all they said was mail them receipts and I did that two days ago, I clicked the 49.99 plat and nothing happened other then type in itunes password, I did it again and the 49.99 plat hit my account immediately. An hour later I got two bills from itunes for 49.99 and I only got 1600 plat. Admin please respond I am not getting an answer from support. Thank you.

If you have sent the Support Team a ticket they will respond to your issue, however it can take some time as they receive a very large number of requests every single day.

Please be assured though that your issue will be looked at as soon as possible.

I have done all of that and i am not happy with supports answer i showed them all the receipts and they are not being helpful with this should i just contact iTunes directly?

Try booking an appointment to Apple (the creators of Macs and Idevices if you didn't know that.)

I've been having the same issue, just as you described it! I sent in a ticket with my ITunes invoice sometime last week, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. =[
