Hi I just purchased 90 euro on iTunes apples, to buy my first 4000 platinum. This is what happened:
The purchase went fine, everytime I entered the redeem code I saw the money added. But when I tried to purchase 4000 plat with it, I got kicked of the game on my ipad2, and untill now I still cannot log in. It's just a bunch of black boxes in the character page. I can log in on my phone but I do not have any platinum there, my money on my iTunes is gone though....


What should I do? I resetted my ipad, restarted, deleted and reinstalled app. No money no platinum

This sounds like a connection issue.

Try connecting to the game using a different Wi-Fi connection to the one you normally use. Ensure you are using the same device that you made the purchase on.

Connecting to a new Wi-Fi connection will allow the transaction to complete.

None of the options worked. I still don't see any characters when I log in. I see that I have 4 characters in morrigan but then I click on it and I don't see any. And on my phone It did not work either.

No, this should not matter.

The best thing to do is to keep trying different Wi-Fi connections, as it sounds as though your transaction has not completed. Once the transaction has completed you should no longer have an issue.

Still don't have the platinum nor can I log in on my Ipad :/

I have used multiple wifi connections and both of my devices, it still does not work? Is there a way to get my money refunded? I've received a receipt of my purchase. But my ipad is still unplayable and the platinum is nowhere to be seen still.

Just make an appointment with apple.

If you still have this problem, try redownloading ch on your ipad ive had that happen before and redownloading the app fixed it. Hope this helps.
