Re: Constitution: Founders were religious or non-religious

Also, the world founders are being changed all the time due to secular historians to who was the less proof of believing in God, and use quotes to prove even though that is not what they meant. God loving preachers made this nation great and without them we would not have survived the revolution against Britan because they resembled the troops.

Secular historians are trying to say:
The fore fathers were secular and also everyone else
USA was always secular
All the original American documents were secular

The forfathers made this documents, and all the Framers to be toward Thee God.

I would not call our funding fathers god loving preachers. They may have been Christians, but preachers they were not. During the war, they were involved in politics, not fighting (except in a few cases).

The United States has always been a religiously free and diverse country, there is no use in arguing that. For all American Documents being secular, how about the one that stated free practice to all religions? Plenty of the old documents ourcountry has made are not for religious purposes; back your statements up with facts not just more statements.

First of all you totally misunderstood what I said. I did not say that the fore fathers were preachers, I said preachers had a great thing to do in the revolution and there was even preachers in the signing in the declaration of the united states. The preachers, all of them altogether, a forefather or not, got their own men to resist against the first invasion of the British.

I said all the documents ad religious principles in them, they were not made for it, but they had it and mentioned God in every document. The term,"freedom of speech" was altered after preachers spoke bad about a candidate because his morals did not follow the Bible. He won anyways and out of anger passed a law in his state taking away the freedom of speech from the preachers. Then after that they RIA looked at that law he put and said "we should do that too" Their is a lot of documents showing the sermons the preachers talked about, like the Boston fire, hangings, presidential compigns and many other things.

Also, when christian people try to run for officer there are those people that go,"He is a christian he shouldn't become governor ect"

The next law that was made to protect religion was "Separation from Church and state" but they messed it up and said the church cannot share their beliefs in Public. But it was actually, sent a letter by John Quincy Adams that it was the other way around, the goverment cannot touch the church.

You all have been taught by secular historians and they are trying to change it so. Now look over what I have typed because my English is not very good. Before you write out your conclusions to what I have said.

I guess it is okay but tey are renowned for baseing their facts off of another secular post or only showing the whole truth of a quote. That is how they changed our freedom. They tried finding loopholes. But if they otherwise show proof from the original document..

78% of the U.S. is christian so saying "they are christian so don't vote for them" would hardly affect the actual outcome of the election. It is whoever that the people think is better that the people elect, and in that circumstance I'm very doubtful that it actually made a difference in the election...

And I just read the Bill of Rights says no such thing about not stating your beliefs in public, it almost says the exact opposite. The church is free to express their beliefs without interference from Congress, either for or against the religion.

And finally, you say it mentions God in all official documents, but it doesn't in the Bill of Rights. In all that was made by the Founders it doesn't mention God once, so once again you are wrong.
