Hi there will be no change to anyone who already has the quest or the weapon.

This is just to help new players, the purpose is to stop quests that ask lower level players to kill bosses 30 levels higher than them which they have no chance of killing, and just causes them frustration and spoils the fun.

Now you get the quest at a similar level to the boss you are being asked to kill, which is much more fair to the new players.

I have a question about implementation of this. My ranger is in the midst of the wisp quest and I have several of the diamond upgrade items needed for the next part of the quest. Does my ranger finish his quest or does it go away or does it get replaced by the new one? Will the wisps still spawn and will the diamond items still drop?
