The final cap is planned to be 240 but could change.

No it's not? Level 190 is what some might class as the soft cap..

Their is also no plans for the final cap. I personally hope their is a hard cap at 200, maybe increased to 220 or so in expansion 8 or 9, but certainly not as regularly as it has been.. I can't wait to see minigames with rewards.

I've spent hours talking to admin when nobody else or 1 or 2 other people are on beta and he not only has confirmed they plan to have lvl 240 the cap, but they also plan to have server xfers in the future... So I could log onto any world with my character.

Also got a lot of other info from him about the future but I won't spoil the fun
