Bow better for hybrid I think, but knucks better for overall dps.

Depends on your gear.

I've been playing knucks for a solid month I don't have full dps (only adds 20 extra damage!) So I chose the tank root! Currently sitting at 2500 hp and 489 dmg with heroic gloves and ice blade

Bow = fun

If you wanna use knucks and offhand wep, just play a rogue and don't mess with the ranger bow!

a ranger is called a ranger for a reason. Its "ranged" attacks, not "melee". If you want melee then get a rogue. Its just like saying ranger instead of "bowman"

You can bolas and without a weapon actualy.

Knucks are expensive to level with in my experience but you can still use bolas to run out of range for sigils to kick in or to heal without interruption. Expensive in Pots because you take more constant damage.

Need to have higher health than a bow build.

But they are fun every so often for a change. Once you get ice bow you will have less reason to use them though i think.
