Why should they?

You act as if the clan has to gear people.. It doesn't.. People have to gear themselves. If we go and give ArgoSin our stock of rems/tabs/frags, then what does that promote? It gears people that don't have to work for it. People that get geared without having to work for it, then expect the same in future, which is not how it should be.

Same goes for ArgoSin.. Camp and call a boss if you need a drop, don't expect to be handed it on a plate, because someone had to work for those drops. (Luckily, AS members usually tend to camp and call if they need help anyway

There is a lesson to this post that the bigger clans should learn. Insaine and xmaroi are both idiots which their clan mates will agree to. Obviously not directly.

I have definitely made a few mistakes going for rhi top spot six star kills. I do give away free rems or 10 gold a piece.

No for people to work for everything and have a chance to. My point is that if you do not need one of the drops from said boss then you should not kill it. Leave it for those who need to kill and help them to do so if they request it. Further more killing Falg for discs to hand them to the clan bank is just giving people gear without them working for it which is what everyone says should not happen... Not just bosses though, if you already have meteoric you should not kill a pink unicorn in the hopes off getting a Diamond Crystal Horn to sell for big money...

I agree that I am not exactly coming across clear. I need to work on that. I am trying to say that we as a server need to come to an understanding to leave bosses to those who need and not to those making money. It is tempting since they drop tons of gold, but even if they didn't it wouldn't change much. We have rules on FFA which are not very clear anymore, we should have rules on bosses that people need. I am not saying that you can't kill them but atleast have a rule where you must wait awhile and shout to anyone who could possibley need. It is true people will take advantage of that and lie to get free frags, but as a server we could making selling of frags against our rules. I am not asking anyone to use the money out of there pocket, I am asking people to allow low lvls to earn gear and not get it handed to by higher lvls. A problem I am seeing atm is noobs are either doing boss builds for farming (tank warriors) or farming builds for bosses because they never get a chance to actually do anything in a boss fight. Falg is killable by a lvl 80 boss team if properly built, yet we offer no place for people to learn the build for themselves... If this was any clearer please let me know, I often jump around in topics and make it very confusing...
