I'm pretty sure the sigils are working. The problem lies in the fact that now when we cast heals or buffs the casting of the skill puts us into combat regardless of whether not we attacked or have been attacked. So when we continuously spam heals and buffs while staying out of combat our sigils are rarely kicking in because we are staying "in combat mode" even though we are simply casting heals and buffs.
I noticed this as well. Please make it so that healing and buffing no longer put us in combat.

marco, you wont even give them a day or two to get things sorted out before asking for a refund? Sounds pretty high maintenance to me.

I'm sure the change was unintended and they're working as hard as they can to rectify it. If people would just be patient... they could do their job.

We all appreciate those to support the game by buying plat, but you gotta be realistic and understand there is a lot going on behind the scenes that they're trying to fix to make sure everything goes smooth and people are happy.

As was stated in another thread about sigils, in beta they had access to LOTS of sigils and most likely didn't recognize a change in energy/sigil issues. This could have been prevented but who knows. Give it a few before gettin' in a tissy.

Hi thanks for all the feedback so far.

To be clear, we have not changed sigils in any way, they still work the same way and regen out of combat, however there have been many bug fixes in the new servers, and some of the bugs will have caused a player to not go into combat when they should have. So it looks like these fixes have now indirectly affected sigils.

We are going to go through the new combat engine and see how we can reduce the impact of this issue, however if this issue can't be resolved I can't see an issue with refunding sigils that were purchased.

Admin, before saying that you did not change anything about sigils, you may listen to your customers and check also by yourself because the scene has change completely concerning energy for druids and sigils are not working at all.

Please just change it back it can't be a technical issue that is unresolvable. It ruins meditate as well. It is a massive nerf to druids which weren't op in just about everyone's opinion. I'd rather you removed all offensive ability than this.

Are you really saying that it is an old bug where people who were casting heals n buffs were supposed to go into combat mode but werent, and new servers fixed the problem? So you didnt know sigils were not working properly all through u3?

If this cannot be fixed, it will severely impact the way caster classes play the game. I would want a refund on my sigils, but i dont want it refunded in plat. I would like it charged back to my credit apple. This may end the game for me and i do not plan on spending any more money on plat until we find out the solution.

TBH, i dont want it to be refund, i want it to be fixed. Why, bcause if u didnt fix it, I then have to buy alot of rejuve lux items for this mage. As welll as for my other chars. This mage has 800 health sigil and 600 energy sigil. My other chars have lower than this mage. So.. In my opinion, it should be fixed.

If this is not fixed to the what it use to be in u3 i would also like a refund to my creditcard and as pikel says i would not be spending a single penny on this game again aswell, I'll would also consider quitting aswell. it's rather shocking what is happening to sigils now.
