Just send a in-game ticket that says: (insert name here) is a account scammer, (insert name here) scammed my account. Now the account will be disabled possibly.

My situation however I don't know who the scammer is. And I wanna get my main back. I'm still waiting for an email back from OTM.

You have to disable your own account/accounts using a alt to do it by support ticket. After that wait a week. Then send appeals to [email protected] also request password change and email change, write a short paragraph on why it should be enabled, every single detail of what happened and pictures (optional but recommended by me), all you account details. Your username, all in-game names, inventory, bank, skills. Every thing you had basically.

omg.....NO I DIDNT TELL MY INFORMATION! Whoever was on my account said my username but used a fake password!

I have to start ALL over again from the beginning?

i personally dont like the fact of ur account being disabled cause u basically did NOTHING wrong i wish i could help to get koku back

I had it disabled so whoever got into it couldn't do damage to it. And I'm trying to re enable it again.
