We are aware that there are players with certain devices who are having trouble logging into the game.

We have now fixed these issues and we will be submitting a new version of the app to the App Store.

As soon as this new version is available to download we will post an announcement.

The issue affected some devices with USA carriers in particular, which is one of the reasons why we weren't able to pick this problem up here in Scotland.

So, you had no one from the US on these devices in beta? Fairly short-sighted, no?

No ones being a jerk. I have a lot of friends who use Minis who aren't very happy right now, not to mention a very grumpy husband. The update should never have been released if it can't function on certain devices, those problems SHOULD have been worked out in beta. It's called beta testing for a reason, to test it and work out problems.

There were people in beta from the US on these devices, it was not a problem we could test because we installed the app privately not through the app store
