I dont see anything wrong, though i should warn you. You cannot rely on iceshards. As you may already notice, they are too slow and interuptable. That being said, i would not upgrade the skill until your firebolt and cloak of fire are maxed. Cloak of fire is your best friend. Just dont go wrong with the stats and decide on your build sooner than later.um hey thx i have allready made one up i am lvl 10 with 275 mana main ly cause i have an 100extra energy orb um full silk and a yulestave my skills are at 5/5 firebolt 5/5 ic shards 2/5 incombat regen energy thing the shards have a lot of energy cost but the 275 mana doesnt make it that much did i go wrong should i make a new one ?

I open up with lure of fire. I cast ice shards right after a firebolt. I dont use lure of ice...Well, I would by no means call myself a mage pro with my lil lvl 34, but...
Personally, I use Cloak, Firebolt and Ice Shards all the time. Even though they take long to reload, Ice Shards are extremely powerful (lvl 5 ice does more dmg then lvl 10 fire). I usually open the fight with shards and then bombard with fire bolts. My skills setup included Cloak, Firebolt, Shards, Lure of Fire/Ice, Bandages.
Also, my Shards don't get interrupted to often, even when I have some higher lvl mobs surrounding me. I guess I'm just used to interrupted skills from my Druid.

You dont need much focus if your amulet regenerates energy. I neve go past 1/4, so i am going to restat.Hey Xelly,Well, I would by no means call myself a mage pro with my lil lvl 34, but...

Long time no see.
I agree with you X. Here is Tog during normal Mob combat:
1st he casts cloak of fire.
2nd cast lure of fire.
3rd casts ice shards (I have found that, when attacking a Mob from a distance, I believe that I can usually get an ice shards off before they interrupt it. And I usually only use lure of ice during boss hunting or occasionally during a battle with a Mob that I know will take some time.
4th Fire bolt to death (repeating ice shards if necessary, if I can get one off).
I have much more Vitality than Focus, a very small amount of Dex, and no Str. I am, however, curious to rebuild him and go higher Focus, and slap an Ammy on him for energy. But currently, he charges in, burns up his enemy with Cloak, and relies on his Hp to survive the battle.
Peace,
Tog
