Hi there, just to update you, we are currently investigating possible improvements to the sigils. In the mean time we will remove them from the item shop to avoid further complaints, and if you have major issues it should be fine to make a refund request via a support ticket.
So if you send an Support Ticket which asks you to to refund the plat you paid for the sigils you you simply refund and do you still do it if the issue has been fixed?

Just dont touch a old sigils and old bosses - bring it back how it was please , update3 game was just fine . You made a new area and new items for update4 so you can experiment on new stuff all you want but not on old things in game.

Hi there, I replied to both posts in feedback and suggestions. Sigils are working exactly as before and will regen fully out of combat. If your character is in combat the sigils will not regenerate.

Can you let me know if there is any issue with the sigils when not in combat, or is it in combat that you are having trouble with this?
The problem is that the after you attack anything, our character's fighting stance remains too long which makes our sigils have to wait till our fighting stance is over which takes a bit too long. (Shorten the fighting stance from after attacking) - Problem solved. Decrease the time of it. ;)

Thanks we are looking into these issues, the lava damage definitely shouldn't have changed in the expansion.

Is anyone else having issues with the lava doing more damage than before.
Yeah I am, in update 3 the lava never could get my health down not even a inch and now I'm dying buy it by seconds and have over 1000 "sigils" and oh yeah that's another problem right there. (In update 3 my sigils worked over the lava and now they don't, for some reason regen is not even working over lava as well.)

In terms of a change... Why? They were fine the way they were before.. Apart from Mages using them to be able to out DPS everyone.. It would have been better to just buff the rogue skills like was asked.

I ONLY made my druid with the intention of buying Sigils, because i can't afford full lux for 3 different toons.. Now my druid is awful.. He is literally useless.

Bad move IMO. Just make em EXACTLY the same as they were in Update 3.

I guess I am still surprised Beta Druids did not notice this. For over a year Druids have overcome energy consumption with sigs working while healing a group in combat. Yes, sigs do say they work out of combat but every good healing druid knew that sigs worked as long as you did not attack directly. Standing on sidelines and healing was understood as healing "out of combat". Now it seems you are constantly "in combat" even though your not attacking.

Mages overcome energy loss with the Energy Boost spell. Perhaps it is time to discuss a energy replenishment spell for druids?

With no solution for our energy consumption, Druids are a broken class.

Again... Where was our Beta Druids on this????

Hey there BLRD-7, its not that bad yo its just they made the character fighting stance from after attacking way too long which makes our sigils have to wait so long just to start up to work. - so relax man they gone get it fix okay, chill... :D

This is what we have just done, hopefully it will help, would appreciate feedback.
