I think once people level to 190-200 and have full dragon they will be somewhat conquerable again. But obviously they are far harder for everyone now that's plain to see. Not sure it's a great idea to upgrade existing bosses power so much. That is what new content is supposed to be IMO.

I for one would be happy if the just reduced the aoe range a bit and fixed meditate/sigils/recuperate.

Good topic..
So today tryed to kill aggra with a ussual group of about 20 people lvls 140+.. We failed .. :( :o
You guys made aggra almost impossible what a point? Now aggra has a area damage(chaos) or wherever it is and most of lvls 140+ dead after 2-3 hits..
Bring a old aggra back! :evil: No need to complicate game that much especially you made a new high lvl dragon which we will be not able to kill for a while..
well aggroth had to be updated anyways its hp and skills hasent been changed for long time! more plat will help u thro the way

I like the update, and there is tons of areas to explore. With that being said, the old world bosses are too hard with the area effect skill. I know we can handle and it will take a few idols, but I don't see how a lvl 60-80 will make money to buy all the idols to kill a full Stonefang. I haven't explored the new area on what is available for a level 60, but based on increases on boss difficulties, I don't see how they would make it in the old areas. I know some sizeable areas in the new lands are devoted to lower levels, so I will assume that those have been tested and it is possible to level and survive. With all this being said, doesn't that just make the old areas irrelevant? IMHO if I have to use a few idols in dps, tank, and druid group to kill a stonefang (and everyone gets paid 1k). I would much rather go to new areas and kill larger mobs without area effect, without using idols and get a higher payout. My vote would be to remove the area effect of existing bosses.

Just because you raised level require for armor doesn't mean you raise the difficulty. Anyways hows Falgren doing?

In general I like many things about the update. It is great to have more areas for solo and smaller group leveling. Also the added quests will continue to keep the game interesting and fun.

Regarding OW and other bosses. I don't see a problem with making them a little tougher. While there are many higher level players that can sweep through and kill the older bosses easier with new equipment and higher levels, there are still a lot of more casual players that cannot afford the gear nor the idols necessary to take out the bosses.

I may get blasted for saying this, but why not find a way to de-incentivise lower level bosses for higher level players. I don't know what the solution is but making the bosses harder and putting them farther out of reach for lower levels is going to make the game less fun for the lower level players.

The res effects are a good idea, however they need to be tuned more. Perhaps give a player 3-5 seconds of being invulnerable and maybe even unable to engage a MOB so they can get away from the MOB far enough to not get wiped when they stand up.

Finally, the drops from these bosses need to be more aligned with the difficulty. Why you would get better drops from new 2* MOBs vs same level 4*+ mobs in OW is beyond me, unless the goal is to keep people out of OW.

Bottom line, the Bosses are too hard for most players and more casual clans. IMHO

Also bosses. Where did this come from? We want to be moving forward with a new update, not getting sent back to square one. Now we have to save 2M gold per charecter to keep killing the same bosses were before. Thats not right.

If anything moving forward bosses should be easier than before and the quest drops no trade. This way charecters that are actually at the CORRECT level would be able to 1st, kill the boss in a decent group of like leveled charecters. and 2. not have the bosses camped by lvl 160's.

Why play a class where skills cost more than other classes for same damage?
Why play a class with no auto attack?
Why play a class with 1/3 the armor?
Why play a caster?
