We did have testers from the US, however it is only certain carriers that have been affected.So, you had no one from the US on these devices in beta? Fairly short-sighted, no?
Because we were limited in the number of beta testers we could have due to Apple's restrictions it is entirely possible that none of the affected carriers made it into the beta, or that because the beta was delivered through a separate app (and not the App Store) this issue was not raised. We thoroughly tested throughout the beta, but sometimes issues only arise when a version is released to the general population.
We are working to get this new version approved as quickly as possible to minimise the amount of disruption players are facing, and we apologise for the occurrence of this issue.
