I really hope my iPhone 4 will be able to login soon.

Is there an estimated time as to when well be able to actually log in?

Apple needs to hurry up and post the new ch so i can use my iphone 4

You bet ^ im dieing here, not being able to play, i HAVE'NT been able to play at ALL!!!!

So I hope you don't think its any time soon, even fast tracking a product can take up to a week. And we have yet to hear if OTM will be throwing certain people waiting in line who haven't been able to log in a platinum bone if you catch my drift. Other wise I'm sure one of the other top 4 mmorpg's would love our business. You're really pissing us off OTM, don't get me wrong things happened they popped up I get it, it's to be expected as best as possible. But your handling this stuff in a piss poor manner. I've spent hundreds on this game, and I expect nothing least of "average" customer service; you know maybe a date the update will be available?! Or a time frame, not a wait on your ass for 2 weeks checkin your phone every 15 min for an announcement. That may or may not be posted because well OTM "doesn't" know when, I say that because you probably already know it'll be about a week and don't want to tell us because you want us strung along nipping at your heels for info.

I understand people being a little upset about this small issue, but why are you getting frustrated to the point of raging? Stuff happens with big expansions.. Not everything is going to always be perfect. My advise is to wait calmly and the fix will be out before you know it. Like you said apple can take weeks, but why freak out. This gives you time to get some fresh air, or maybe get your basket ball skills up. needless to say, its better to be positive than negative in a situation like this.
PS. Before you say "you must have all your devices working so you don't understand " but both my iPads and my iPhone have the same problem. Instead of insulting OTM, i'm thanking them for addressing the problem as soon as they could!

Johnson +1. For those who don't understand why we are so pissed: everyone playing right now is having a good time I have patiently waited for 12 hrs now. People that spend money on this game paid for this update you are all enjoying I have spend over $1k of my own money in the past month alone. I helped pay for this and I want to play my *** game. Hurry up or send me An email with an estimated time. Hurry the *** up plz.

I just want a game i played money on to be playable for me. They said they sent the update of it to apple so now all we can do is wait. Lets just hope its not another 2 weeks before we actually get it...
For some reason im praying it gets here tomorrow but that may just be very unlikely

All i'm saying is, complaining on the forums isn't going to make things move faster... Im glad to hear people are supporting OTM with preparing for the expansion. But your account isn't hacked, stolen, or lost. It's not like you guys wont be able to play soon. Lets be happy that OTM is tackling this issue now. Its a bit rude to act like this when OTM is trying to fix the issue.
