hey admin im new at this so forgive me if this is posted in the wrong spot but i am on an iphone 3gs with a portable wifi hotspot modem and am having trouble logging in so i was wondering in your opinion if the issue was the wifi modem or the device keeping in mind that i could log in fine afew weeks ago just fine

how could this issue be fixed?

Look all in saying is CH is the number one rated mmorpg's on apples lists. Follow me here, you really think that the head of OTM doesn't have some kind of business number for some big wig in the apple distribution offices? You think there still emailing just every other sap who can't reset their password? I highly doubt it, I would place my account on the bet that they probably already know when the update will be able to be pushed through. Why not tell us? Why give us the run around. Al I ask for is an end date, a finish line, something I can mark off on my calendar and look forward, not get my hopes up every morning that maybe today might be the day. It's a seriously messed up, OTM is seriously dropping the ball on the way they are handling issue, not the update. I've seen and played this game I have full faith the update it spectacular! But I can't relevant play it! I've paid hundreds of dollars to play this game some consideration would be nice. Furthermore we're missing out on countless in game deals! I mean lets face it there's an economy to the game so say for example I have a bunch of disc frags, well had I played the first day, and allllll the bosses were harder I could have sold those frags for a lot more than there wourth now after OTM corrected all those bugs, so now in missing out on in game gold scenarios like that, as well as game play. Just saying read my whole post don't focus on one line, I know I'm not wrong.

Poo poo happens even with best intentions and actions. My phone is one of the devices that doesn't work. Sure, I go through severe withdrawl symptoms, and feel upset, and wish they let me beta test, and..... BUT this is the BEST APP and One Thumb lets people play for free! I will wait patiently with gratitude for such wonderful work One Thumb has done; besides I can borrow a phone that does work on occasion, and found this update proved to be well worth the wait. THANK YOU ONE THUMB!

I understand all of this nut it has now been two days since i haven't been able to play. I can not log on with ,y mini nor my i phone and yes i do live in the United States. Very unhappy right now.

I kno it sux but its all on apple now otm submitted the fixed app its up to apple to post it so thank you otm for ur hard work and keeping us updated on the situation

We just have to wait for Apple to approve it. I'm waiting too - my iPhone 4 won't login.

What update, them not saying anything other than its submitted?? Gives a date that apple will have this thing up!
